Flackwell Systems, the parent company, was formed in June 1996 by a father and son team, with an initial aim to promote their hobby web sites. Following interest in the design of the initial web sites the first commercial web site design was completed within 3 months. Mainly through word of mouth and local contacts in the Flackwell Heath, Marlow and surrounding areas in Buckinghamshire, the business rapidly grew to become a thriving Web hosting and design business.

Returns:

For any return of product please email us to advise beforehand. We will issue a RMA authorisation number and instructions on how to return the goods.

As we are currently not registered for VAT all prices are quoted with VAT at 0% (zero percent VAT)

Faulty Goods:

Must be notified as faulty within guarantee period.

When Returning Items: All returned items must be adequately packaged (preferably in the original packaging). We takes no responsibility for any damage to items that are not packaged adequately and damaged in transit to Retractacable.

All packaging, CDs, manuals and cables etc

Remember: When parcels are delivered inspect them immediately for damage and if they are damaged do not accept them.

Goods returned as faulty will be replaced or credited within 7 days of receipt.
